Upon inspection, observed shredded mozzarella cheese at 47f (approximately 3 hrs per manager) and mozzarella cheese sticks at 49f (approximately 3 hrs per manager). Manager moved both to walk-in cooler for cooling during inspection.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Upon inspection, observed employee food container on floor of walk-in cooler as well as ziplock bag of baby carrots, a yogurt, hot sauce bottle and various other items. Manager placed items in storage container during inspection.
