Equipment in poor repair. - under-sink grease interceptor with rusted out hole on lid. Also side of unit has rusted out hole that drains water from triple sink directly into floor drain negating the purpose of a grease interceptor. Potential of future sewer backup from grease entering and clogging floor drains.
