Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed pineapples in hand wash sink near main pizza prep station.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. No certified food manager operator will be taking test soon.

Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. Observed all employees Safe Staff food safety certificates with no date of training, date of birth and no date for expiration.

One individual who was packaging up pizza not certified in food safety.
Food stored on floor. 2 liter bottles on floor. Person in charge picked up and stored properly.
