Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. The hand washing sink next to the triple sink has been removed.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Inspector provided the operator with the employee health reporting agreement, operator had employees currently working read and sign the agreement.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Inspector provided the operator with a choking poster. Operator hung the choking poster.
