No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Manager sent employee to the store to purchase during time of inspection.

Hole in or other damage to wall. Observed caulking on wall behind 3 compartment sink and hand washing sink in disrepair.
Observed walk in cooler not maintained in good repair and with an ambient temperature of 48°F. At time of inspection all foods were under 41°F and manager has a work order with maintenance to repair. Manager moved food to reach in coolers. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired.
