Observed : lack of a time stamp for the pizza sauce. A label was printed and adjusted for the 6 hours that was left.

Time/temperature control for safety food held using time as a public health control not discarded at the end of the 4-hour/6-hour period. Observed: pizza sauce time sticker states discard at 9:37 am on 2-2-25. When discussed with manager on duty, the sauce was made at 1:00 2-24-25, and placed in the walk-in cooler. The old sticker was removed, and a corrected one was being produced.
