Observed Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Person in charge tried to prime machine and readjust hoses but did not work. Person in charge stated he will set up triple sink to sanitize when using dish washing machine.

Operator realized breaker had tripped. Operator stated foods stayed in cooler all night and unsure of when break tripped. Operator corrected breaker and retemped cooler at end of inspection and temp was coming down.
