Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine chlorine 0ppm. Dish machine has been in-use previously during this inspection. Manager replenished the chlorine bucket and primed machine, then 100ppm. Inspector instructed manager to sanitize all dishes that were washed previously today, now that the dish machine is functioning properly.
