Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Approximately 40 rodent droppings in corner of kitchen under bag in box soda rack. 1 rodent droppings under reach in coolers in back of kitchen by back door. Approximately 3 rodent droppings in small dry food storage area in back corner of kitchen. Approximately 8 rodent droppings behind keg cooler at bar area closest to gaming area in dining area. Operator began to clean up all rodent droppings during inspection.
Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. 2 photocopies of original certificates.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Under equipment at bar area. Under all equipment in corner of kitchen with bag in box soda rack. Under racks in dry storage area by bathrooms in dining area.
