Observed employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container at front counter. Operator put a lid to container.
Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Observed employee washing container without sanitizing. Operator was trained by Inspector how to wash, rinse, and sanitize correctly.
