Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed TCS items temping higher than 41F, Shelled eggs temping at 89F, yogurt sauce 51, chickpeas 58. Operator states items were left out less than an hour and placed them in a reach in cooler.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a can of air freshener stored on a shelf next to seasonings.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the hand wash sink being used to dry dishes.
No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
