Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged: Cooked chicken wings and diced ham in ziploc bags sitting on top of raw prime rib still in its original packaging. Kitchen Manager moved the ready to eat foods to a higher shelf.
