Observed a total of 133 roaches in the following locations: five live roaches around the plumbing pipe underneath the three compartment sink, five live roaches on the suppression pipeline going to the hood system, approximately 20 live roaches behind the reach in cooler on the cook line, next to the open fryer, 10 live roaches around the electrical outlet behind reach in cooler on the cook line, five live roaches around the wheel casing of the storage rack for clean dishes. Observed at the pickup window reach in coolers approximately 30 around the wheel casing reach in cooler #1, approximately 50 around wheel casing and the drain pan reach in cooler #2, eight live roaches back area around the mop sink electrical line.
