Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher chlorine solution was 0ppm. As per operator, dishwasher is not being used. However, during the inspection a tray loaded with utensils was observed in dishwasher. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and utilize only the triple sink until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly.
