Dishwasher chlorine solution was 0ppm. As per operator, dishwasher is not being used. However, during the inspection a tray loaded with utensils was observed in dishwasher. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and utilize only the triple sink until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly.
