Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In back room, bottle of alcohol on prep table with food. Employee removed bottle. Also, on dry storage rack in back near restroom, jugs of bleach and jug of Lysol stored above to go lids for shakes and next to toilet paper and clean wiping clothes.
