Hand wash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Bar hand washing sink used to hang chemical spray bottles. Pizza station hand was sink used to hang visibly soiled wiping cloth. Operator removed items from hand washing sinks.

Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. At cook line drawer under grill; raw shell egg residue in bottom inside of drawer. Operator cleaned/sanitized.

At upright stainless reach in cooler; commercially processed ultra pasteurized heavy cream, no date mark. Operator stated heavy cream opened 2 days prior, discarded.
No soap provided at handwash sink. At hand wash sink by ice machine/beverage station; soap dispenser filled with hand sanitizer/no soap. Operator switched sanitizer for hand soap.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. At downstairs walk-in cooler; unwashed strawberries and pineapple stored over washed jalapeño peppers and bell peppers. Operator moved washed above unwashed.
