Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed build up of pink and black mold like substance on the interior plastic ice guard inside the machine.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters next to the coffee maker not inverted or protecting in an enclosed container, filters are removed from original plastic packaging.
