Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. Observed a Quaternary ammonia sanitizer restaurant was using a chlorine test kit.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. At hand washing sink employee restocked.
No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products.
