Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Handwashing sink by ice machine has old food debris in it. Manager cleaned out handwashing sink.
Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Standing water on floor in front of soda machine. Manager cleaned up water.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Ice buildup in inside white freezer by ice machine. Manager chipped away ice buildup.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.

Observed 3 dead flies on closed food lid containers in walk-in-cooler at the door entrance. Operator discarded flies, cleaned and sanitized lids. And put new lids on food containers.
