Food stored on floor. Observed in kitchen cooking oil that is still full and use for cooking store directly on floor. Operator is re-educated to not store cooking oil directly on floor and needs to be 6 inches off floor. Operator move cooking oil off the floor.
Light not functioning. Observed light burn out in kitchen do to power outage.
