Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Hose side of the "Y" splitter requires a vacuum breaker/backflow device. Repeat from 9/1/22 and 1/13/23. Blender sink with the blender rinsing device that is attached to the faucet with a "Y" splitter also needs a backflow device.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of Spic and Span Cleaner stored on a rack next to a bucket of icing. Two (2) Bodily Fluid Cleanup Kits were stored directly above containers of Sugar and Streusel toppings. Kits contain a solidifier and deodorizer and should not be stored with food.

No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. However, no CFM was present and four employees were working.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Provided a copy of DBPR HR 5030-104 with the inspection report and explained to employee that every employee must sign prior to beginning to work with food.

Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket near drive-thru window tested 0ppm. Although employee had just refreshed the solution, there were several towels in the bucket and only about 1" of sanitizer. Explained requirement for towels to be completely submerged. Also explained how a large bacterial load on the towels will diminish the ppm rapidly. Employee refilled the bucket.
