Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed empty trash can on handwashing sink beside 3 compartment sink. The operator removed empty trash can from blocking handwashing sink.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. The operator placed paper towels at handwashing sink across from belshaw adamatic oven.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed personnel food (Cake) in walk-in cooler not segregated from food being served to the public. The operator established storage space for personnel items/food.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach-in cooler under coffee machines gaskets torn.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. The operator removed the scooper from ice bin behind front counter.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Operator did not know where test kit for quaternary sanitizer is.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed no proof of training due to manager not on premises and office is locked.
Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employees with no hair restraints.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed mixing spoons in standing water of 78F at coffee machine.
