Plastic guard between rack and sink broken away. Manager added temporary plastic bag to protect area and put replacement of plastic guard on maintenance schedule.
Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Observed employee drinking from open cup with fingers inside cup lip as cup was lifted to lips. Employee was at front counter and walked to back. Manager corrected employee.
