Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee washing her hands, then dried them with paper towels which then was used to wiped her face, then she put on her reading glasses, then put on gloves and then handling potato totes. Reviewed with employee proper hand wash procedure.
