Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed three spray bottles containing toxic substance hanging from dry food storage shelf next to box of coffee. Operator removed the three spray bottles of cleaners to properly store.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed vacuum breaker missing from non chemical side of splitter at mop sink.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed underside of milk/ cream machine and underside of latte machine soiled.
Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed multiple employees hired more than 60 days without proof of food safety training.
