Operator stated it had been there for approximately 1hr and that the warmer wasn't functioning. Operator reheated the chicken to 185F and placed it in a working warmer.

No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at their front counter hand wash sink. Operator placed more there.

Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed single service straws on the floor besides the ice machine. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee.
