Observed one employee hired 3 weeks ago that had not been informed of Health reporting responsibility. Manager had employee read and sign during inspection.
Cardboard used to line food-contact shelves. Observed cardboard lining interior shelf of reach in cooler at drive through. Operator removed.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed prep cook preparing muffin mix with bracelets. Manager had employee remove bracelets and wash hands.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed cups positioned with open end toward customer's waiting area with no cover to protect from contamination. Observed tea/coffee filters stored open and on top of tea machine and coffee grinder. Operator had lid added to all.
Stored food not covered. Observed powdered drink mixes at front counter with no lid. Employee added lids.
Vending machine exterior soiled. Observed area above and behind dispensing nozzles on shut shot machine with old food debris. Operator had employee clean and sanitize area.
