Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed a squeeze bottle of commercially packaged chipotle sauce stored on top of cooked bacon in the reach in cooler. The ingredients on the original case states egg yolk. The case also has a pink label that the general manager states it indicates a raw product. The bottle of chipotle sauce was properly stored.
