The operator stated the milk had been held for less than 1 hour. The operator moved the milk to the reach in cooler behind the front counter.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed the license on display expired 12/1/2023.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris underneath the reach in coolers in the storage area.
