Observed hashbrowns (120F - Hot Holding) at hot holding station near front counter. As per operator, product was placed no more than 5 minutes ago. Operator began to reheat product to appropriate parameters.

Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed floor near front counter prep station soiled. Operator broomed and mopped immediately.
