Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stacked wet container being stacked. Manager unstacked container so that it air dries properly.
Food stored on floor. Observed crates of milk being store on the floor in the walk in cooler. Observed boxes of frozen ready to eat items stored on the floor in the walk in freezer. Manager stored boxes on the shelves in both the walk in cooler and freezer.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed a pipe leaking into a container on the floor at the three compartment sink.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
