Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed food handler scratch her scalp with gloved hand and return to preparing food. Inspector stopped employee before any actual contamination could take place and reminded her to wash hands and change gloves.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. An empty bucket was stored in the basin of the hand washing sink at the far end of the service line. Operator moved bucket out of the sink.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items: Personal cell phone and personal cup of coffee stored on the shelf at/above the prep table. Personal jacket and backpack stored on the dry storage shelving directly on top of an open box containing cold brew filters and to go bags. Operator moved to lockers.

Prep sink in drink station with splitter added eliminates air gap. Also splitter added is missing one vacuum breaker. Repeat from 8/18/22
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of Comet liquid cleaner was stored on a countertop next to a customer drink at the mobile pick-up counter

Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed female employees handling food while wearing watches and bracelets.
