Observed 4 employees working with no certified manager on duty.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed Apple Watch, backpack, phone and jacket on food service prep table.
Employee with ineffective hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employee with no hair restraint packaging food at take out window. Employee put hair in pony tail.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stored pans on shelf still wet while stacked.
Food stored in a prohibited area. Observed Everything Bagel mix stored next to chemicals on shelf with chemicals. Employee moved to other food prep table.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils by Coffee machine sitting in a cup of water temping at 95F. Employee moved the spoons to proper location.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking hot water heater splashing onto floor by mop sink. Manager stated already called maintenance.
