At front counter area- Employee threw out garbage and grabbed garbage can to replace garbage bag - then proceeded to handle singled service cups and make coffee for an order- educated operator employee washed hands. At front counter area- employee picked up paper form floor then started preparing drinks without washing their hands- educated operator - employee washed hands properly.
