Some items stored above fill line. Person in charge removed excess product. Other items in unit 43F or below. Will monitor temperatures and utilize ice until unit can be serviced.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Chemical spray bottle stored on shelf above single service items in back kitchen. Person in charge moved to appropriate location.
