Employee at front counter removed gloves, touched face then put on new gloves and began to bag to go order with no hand washing.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. At end of front counter behind ice cream coolers, spray bottle of spin span next to utensil for waffle cone batter. Manager removed. Also, spray bottle of spin span on top of plastic storage container at end of cook line next to containers of cinnamon sugar. Manager removed. Also, spray bottle of spin span on dry storage shelf across from mop sink next to drink syrups. Manager moved. Also, on bottom shelf of dry storage rack, dish soap stored next to to-go boxes. Manager moved chemicals.

Employee at front counter touched nose/face with gloved hand, removed gloved hand with bare hand, and placed on new gloves immediately touching racks on donuts without washing hands. Employee at drive through area touched face with bare hands and immediately handled prepared drinks without washing hands. Inspector coached employees on proper hand washing procedures. Employees washed hands correctly.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Missing on outside faucet in drive through area where no hose is attached.
