Employee not wearing gloves pulled their pants, picked up trash from floor then put on gloves without washing their hands. Then employee handled ice bucket and food preparation equipment.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Oil can stored on top of ice machine.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification and no other certified food service manager employed at this location. Person in charge cannot produce any food manager certificates

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee rang in order in drive thru, changed gloves and proceeded to handle food without washing hands. Manager had employee wash hands and change gloves.
