In-use utensil stored in standing water/liquid less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed: coffee spoons in use, stored in a metal cup, with coffee and milk residue. The cup was emptied and should be washed rinsed and sanitized every four hours.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed: standing water in the bottom of the dairy reach-in cooler. A tech has already been out.

Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Observed soapy water in the middle sink, designated for rinse.
Single-service articles stored in toilet room/locker room/garbage room/mechanical room. Observed single use gloves stored in the exterior locked employee restroom. Some boxes were moved during the inspection.
Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed sanitizer water stored in a double bucket on the floor.
