Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the kitchen at the cold holding unit sausage (47F - Cold Holding); sausage (51F - Cold Holding). Sausages were left out for less than 30 minutes. Not prepared or portioned today. Sausages over fill line were at a higher temperature. At the front counter coffee milk container #1 (64F - Cold Holding), coffee milk container #2 (62F - Cold Holding) held outside for 2 hours.operator placed back in fridge milks in fridge.
