Front counter- observed employee take dirty service utensils to 3 compartment sink, return to register, take customer order, exit outside and return to kitchen, without changing gloves or washing hands and continue to work. Employee washed hands and changed gloves.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Main kitchen at 3 compartment sink- observed coffee filter pot inside hand washing sink. Employee removed coffee filter pot.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Mop sink- observed mop wet nesting inside mop bucket. Operator stored mop properly.
