Cook line- Flip top-; sausages patties (47F - Cold Holding); turkey patties (48F - Cold Holding); fried eggs (46F - Cold Holding). Per operator food held less than 4 hours, employee moved all time temperature control food and stored on cold holding cooling drawers. Ice added for a quick chill

Observed at flip top cooler next to coffee makers - chicken patties (52F - Cold Holding); turkey sausage (51F - Cold Holding); pork sausage (53F - Cold Holding) As per operator items not portioned or prepared today. Items held out of temperature for approximately 1.5 hours. Operator placed items in freezer for quick chill.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed handwashing sink used for dumping, located in front of ice machine.
No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
