Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Evidence of hand wash sink by drive thru used as a dump sink. Brown staining and whip cream in the sink twice during inspection. Spoke with employee on proper use.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Person in charge could not locate any test strips for establishment.
No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
