Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. There is a rack of donuts blocking the hand washing sink in front of the ice machine. Operated moved the rack of donuts.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Inspector provided operator with copies of the employee reporting agreement. Operator began having employees read and sign the agreement.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. There is a buildup of ice on the floor in the walk-in freezer at the door and under shelving on the left side.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Coffee filters are stored unprotected at the front counter and by the drive through window.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. There is a unlabeled container of sufar under a prep table in the back kitchen.
