Food stored on floor. Box of coffee beans stored on the floor by the drive through window. Operator had employee relocate.

Time/temperature control for safety, commercially processed food reheating for hot holding not heated to a minimum temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit in all parts. At warming oven, commercially processed chicken breast reheated only to 129F. Chicken breast placed back into warmer and reheated to 174F.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand washing sink across from sandwich make line has large spoon stored inside. Spoon removed.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No quaternary ammonium test strips could be provided.
Probe thermometer not used to ensure proper food temperatures. No probe thermometer was used to check reheating temperature of commercially processed chicken breast and employee could not locate probe thermometer. Thermometer later located.
Records/documents for required employee training do not contain all of the required information. Multiple records are missing expiration dates and CFM number.
