No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Hand dryer in women's restroom not functioning. Operator placed paper towels in restroom and has service person coming out today.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Coffee filters at back coffee maker not protected. Operator placed in bag.
