Walk in freezer door is open until unit is fixed. Observed chicken wrap (52F - Cold Holding); sausage (52F - Cold Holding); bagel bites (51F - Cold Holding); cream cheese (54F - Cold Holding); butter (51F - Cold Holding); slice cheese (52F - Cold Holding) stored in the reach in cooler for less than 3 hours. Items were placed in the walk in freezer for rapid cooling.
