To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233: General Manager states all employees are new but have been longer than 60 days. He will be scheduling a class for the near future. He has the manuals for giving the training available.
