Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Ayten delivered a drink outside to a guest in parking lot, came back inside and began bagging donuts for another guest with out washing hands. Shaquille was working drive thru window then began preparing food at make bar with out washing hands and changing gloves.
