Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Chemical spray bottle of spic and span stored on shelf of ware washing area with clean coffee brewing equipment.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. In the walk in cooler, open container of milk with no date marking, per operator opened either in the morning or the previous day, operator began asking employees to verify when opened to date mark.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Ice bucket stored on top of the bulk ice bin not inverted or covered.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Employee personal food stored over containers of milk in the walk in cooler. Operator relocated the personal food.

Bulk ice bin drain hose not lined up with drain and excess clean potable water for ice draining onto the floor, surrounding areas and along the wall into the mop sink area. Operator placed wet floor sign in front of machine to block foot traffic by employees until drain line can be reconnected.
