Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed frontline reach in prep top not maintaining foods at 41F or colder. chicken (51F - Cold Holding); sausage (50F - Cold Holding); egg (48F - Cold Holding) Manager states foods were put on the line no more than 1 hour ago. Removed some tomwalkin cooler to quickly recook to 41F within 4 hours and placed time to discard other foods still on reachin by1230pm
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb.

Pet dog permitted in outdoor dining area without local ordinance allowing pet dogs in outdoor dining areas. Observed dog inside at front counter. Customer states to operator that it is a service animal.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed loose dust collected on AC vents and surrounding ceiling tiles at front counter.Manager states he put cleanup of this area on closing list.

Equipment in poor repair. Observed gaskets at frontline reach on cooler broken and pulled loose causing unit to be unable to maintain foods at 41F or colder. Manager states gaskets are on order and are to arrive this weekend. Will use time as a public health control on these foods until unit is able to maintain temperatures at 41F or colder.
